Why hello there!
It might be surprising after reading my history on this
blog, but I’m still at it! It’s been about five months I’ve been on this
journey now and boy has it had its ups and downs (quite literally). I’ve
learned a lot though and even though I have a long way to go I’ve never been so
motivated. I don’t think I’ll lose the weight, I don’t hope I’ll lose the
weight: I KNOW I’ll lose the weight. This is one of the best gifts I’ve ever
given myself, I’m not staring at the scale on a daily basis frustrated with my
progress or set-backs. That’s because I know that if I continue with the
lifestyle I’ve started and slowly improve that the weight will come off.
