Week Two Weigh In

This week was challenging, but I managed to dodge extra helpings, refused offered treats from co-workers and even turned down a piece of cake like a portly diet ninja. I'm proud of my numbers so I'm going to take this week as a win. Next weeks challenge? Cutting back on diet soda. I tried to cold turkey it on Monday, but that didn't work out so well. Easing off of it will probably work better in the long run, I find that's almost always been true with a life change like this: slow and steady always works better than fast and hardcore.

Weight: 315.6 lbs
Body Fat: 53.9%
Total Weight Loss This Week: 6.1 lbs

Grand Total Weight Loss: 6.1 lbs
